Right off the bat, they were very kind. The shipment is fast and I appreciate that they keep you updated on the progress of your package, and their responsiveness in general (e.g my order was processed merely 20 minutes after payment and the package came just a week later). The FAQ on their website is also very useful and informative, and I recommend reading through it.

As for the package itself (a vial of estradiol undecylate): it came packaged in bubble wrap and contained in a blank white folding carton. The vial has a stealth label, which I feel is convincing enough for someone who is not overly-nosy.

The liquid within the vial looks clean. It doesn't have any sediments nor does it appear cloudy- on the contrary actually, it looks very clear. Almost as if you were looking at slightly more viscous water.

Following my injection, no issues followed. The area of injection looked like just any other area of the skin; no blemishes, no inflammation, no itchiness. My point is that It felt safe.
